Hassle-free Returns

We offer free* returns for UAE residents only. To make an online return, follow the steps below:

2. Complete the form with your details:
   - Full Name
   - Email
   - Phone Number
   - List the items you are returning (please copy the item name from the invoice)
   - Please specify the reason for returning
   - Select if you would like to exchange for something similar, a refund for a e-gift card or a refund to the original payment method.
   
   
3. Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your request.
   
   
4. Once approved, our team will pick up your items to return from the address in the order.
   
   
5. Your request will be processed accordingly once it passes the quality check at our Fulfillment Centre.

Non-returnable for hygiene reasons

• Underwear & Swimwear: Non-returnable for hygiene reasons
• All bottles are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
• Sale items: When products were purchased when a discount is applied from a sale. You can still return products you purchased with a discount code.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed and unused and in a saleable condition with the original tags still attached
• Items must be returned in the original packaging, which must be in the original condition, including platinum cases and branded dust bags.

We are unable to accept a change of mind return without its original tags.

Products that were purchased when a discount is applied from a sale are not eligible for returns.
